About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Enhance customer satisfaction providing exceptional customer service
- Completes installation of components and low voltage wiring on customer ceilings
- Installation of localized and in tool ionization equipment
- Completes maintenance of several types of static control systems
- Schedules visits and installations with customers directly
- Follows work instructions of service manager or senior field technician
- Responsible for timely and accurate documenting and reporting of all service-related activities
- Generates various customer reports
- Exercise safe working practices and procedures at all times
- May be required to work weekends and/or evenings depending on the needs of the company
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with hand tools
- Ability to read, comprehend and interpret technical information involving mechanics and electronics
- Basic knowledge of low voltage electrical systems
- Focus on Quality
- Strong customer service/relations skills
- Detail Orientated
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management, prioritization and follow-up skills
- Tolerance for working in stressful situations
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Sense of urgency
- Experience with Microsoft office programs including Microsoft Word Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Trade school certificate or associate’s degree in maintenance or electronics related area preferred
- Experience in Construction industry preferred, 2+ years of experience
- Previous experience in clean room environments
