About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create, update, and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDSs)
- Support product label reviews to ensure required compliance information is accurate
- Respond to customer and internal requests for product compliance documentation
- Maintain compliance databases, records, and document libraries
- Support monitoring of regulatory changes and update documents where required
- Work with EHS, R&D, commercial, and operations teams on product compliance matters
- Ensure documentation is accurate, organised, and audit-ready
- Support continuous improvement of product stewardship processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline
- 0–3 years’ experience in SDS, compliance, documentation, quality, regulatory, or similar environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems
