About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Drive parts sales revenue while maintaining or growing margin
- Achieve sales and profitability objectives
- Support revenue growth plans for ITW FEG parts market
- Track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Manage joint partner planning processes and relationships

Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of sales and/or marketing leadership experience
- Master’s in business administration (MBA) is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge and proven capability to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives
- Experience leveraging sales, marketing, and technical resources to achieve business objectives
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiating skills
- Project management skills
- Excellent MS Office (Excel, MSQuery, Access, PowerPoint) capabilities
- Financial skills focusing on budget management and investment analysis
