About the role
- Drive automation sales growth and brand preference by collaborating with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the sales team on strategic account planning to secure end-user business.
- Develop impactful presentations and product demos to showcase solution value.
- Maintain clear communication with sales, distributors, end-users, and divisions.
- Provide expertise in robotic welding applications and automated welding systems, helping customers optimize process performance.
- Deliver training, demonstrations, and ongoing technical support to end users, OEMs, and distribution partners on robotic welding capabilities, best practices, and solution recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years in welding or a related industry, with experience in robotics, controls, and advanced welding processes.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CRM system.
- Ability to travel overnight at least 50 - 75%
