About the role
- Take ownership of gathering and documenting detailed business requirements for Pronto upgrades and enhancements.
- Dive deep into existing ERP systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver ERP projects that meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
- Champion change management initiatives by supporting testing, training, and user adoption strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Pronto and SQL is essential, ideally with a minimum of 5+ years in similar roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of system testing methodologies and UAT coordination.
- Proven experience as an ERP Business Analyst in system upgrade projects.
- Familiarity with system change management practices and technical documentation.
- Exposure to finance, supply chain, inventory, or production processes, preferred.
