About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for strategic direction of Digital Ads and the marketing analytics intelligence at Ituran.
  • Measurement of results, generation of insights and management of the performance agency.
  • Connect data, performance and demand generation.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives are made tangible through clear analyses and dashboards.
  • Focus on generating qualified leads for owned sales channels.
  • Demonstrate marketing’s impact on business results.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • End-to-end view of the funnel (acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and revenue).
  • Proficiency in marketing, product and performance metrics and ability to understand business objectives and impact metrics.
  • Hypothesis-driven thinking, rapid testing and continuous learning.
  • Proficient with GA4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console.
  • Strategic experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and programmatic advertising.
  • Proficient with BI tools and dashboard creation (Power BI, Looker Studio).
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation (e.g., Emarsys, Marketing Cloud and RD Station).
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets; basic SQL is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree in Data or Market Intelligence is a plus.
  • Desirable: Prior experience with Emarsys.
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience with generative AI platforms and use of autonomous agents, such as Claude Cowork and Code.
