About the role
- Gather functional and non-functional requirements, documenting them as business requirements.
- Document ideal operational process flows as well as exceptions and treatment/handling plans.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of needs and compliance with corporate policies.
- Map project risks, propose mitigation plans and monitor their execution.
- Detail scope, owners and timelines for local operational actions (e.g., call center scripts, trainings, communication templates, etc.).
- Review technical documentation provided by the regional BA area, ensuring adherence to business requirements and consistency with planned flows.
- Create and implement communication plans to inform, consult and obtain necessary stakeholder approvals.
- Monitor updates to technical documents until final approval from the involved areas.
- Align development and testing schedules with the regional projects team.
- Lead test planning meetings and validate scenario coverage with the regional QA team.
- Prepare status reports (state reports) for stakeholder tracking.
- Communicate dates and owners for activities related to development and testing.
- Collect and evaluate technical proposals from external suppliers, documenting compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct status meetings, report progress and request decisions when necessary.
- Monitor risks of delays and initiate action plans for correction/mitigation.
- Oversee project go-live activities, including communication of maintenance windows, potential rollbacks and identified issues.
- Update final documentation to accurately reflect deliverables.
- Support the project for up to 90 days after implementation, ensuring closure of pending items and validation of delivered scope.
- Propose continuous improvements to project management and documentation processes.
- Contribute to the standardization of templates and documentation and communication methodologies.
- Support internal trainings related to new processes/projects.
- Monitor project performance indicators (KPIs), presenting analyses and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or certifications in Project Management desirable (PMP, PMI, Scrum Master, Agile, etc.).
- 2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience in requirements documentation, process flows and process mapping.
- Skills in risk analysis and risk management.
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Monday or similar).
- Knowledge of documentation and flowcharting tools (Bizagi, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Basic knowledge of operational indicators and management reporting.
