Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop instructional materials including eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT (vILT), job aids, and assessments.
Create custom graphics, illustrations, and visual assets to enhance learning content.
Develop 3D models and animations using tools like 3DS Max and V-Ray to support technical or product training.
Edit and produce training videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and translate complex topics into engaging learning experiences.
Ensure all content meets accessibility, branding, and quality standards.
Manage project timelines and deliverables independently, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Education, or related field
3+ years of experience in instructional design or digital learning development
Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Power Point)
Proficiency in Graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience with 3D modeling and rendering using 3DS Max and V-Ray
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote or hybrid environment
Familiarity with SCORM and accessibility standards (Preferred)
Portfolio showcasing instructional design work, including multimedia and 3D content (Preferred)
