About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain influential relationships with senior management and key contacts at assigned distributor partners
  • Manage overall distributor business performance, including sales growth, product expansion, and inventory planning
  • Drive achievement of sales budgets (POP and POS) and deliver against growth objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies for new and existing product portfolios
  • Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer requirements, adapting strategy as needed
  • Coordinate with Product Management and Pricing to maximise product line growth
  • Partner with Marketing to design and execute distributor campaigns
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers and BDMs to deliver regional distribution sales plans
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service and Operations to support growth initiatives
  • Analyse sales performance, inventory levels, and market opportunities to optimise coverage and results
  • Gain and apply strong working knowledge of ITT internal systems, processes, and capabilities to support distributors and expand business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a technical field (preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the electronic components industry
  • Proven track record in supplier and/or distribution management
  • Strong technical knowledge of interconnect products and applications
  • Demonstrated success in leading distributor growth initiatives and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in fast-moving environments
  • Persuasive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects and programmes
  • Willingness to travel 25–50% (Mainland Europe) to support distributors and internal teams
