Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive profitable revenue growth for customers in the assigned geographic territory
  • Achieve this through demand creation efforts on new programs and share capture on existing programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent education and experience is required
  • 3 + years of related sales experience is required
  • Strong interconnect and electronics industry technical acumen
  • Self-motivated and ability to prioritize work requirements
  • Ability to build strategic customer and distributor relationships across multiple functions
  • Servant leader with strong team cooperation and support
  • Experience in technical sales or application engineering in the electronics industry
  • Ability to lead and problem solve in unstructured environments
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel as required to support customers and distributors, 50% estimated
