About the role
- Drive profitable revenue growth for customers in the assigned geographic territory.
- Educate customers and distributor partners on products and technical solutions.
- Coordinate capture strategies with internal teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
- Identify technical requirements and offer solutions to maximize product portfolio.
- Achieve assigned budget and growth targets for customers and distributors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline
- Strong interconnect technical acumen
- Self-motivated and ability to prioritize work requirements
- Ability to build strategic customer and distributor relationships across multiple functions
- Experience in technical sales or application engineering in the electronics industry
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to travel as required to support distributors, 25% estimated
- Must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR
