💰 $126,900 - $189,700 per year

About the role

  • Managing the development and implementation of growth strategy for the North Central United States
  • Building and maintaining influential relationships with senior-level decision makers at customers and distributors
  • Implementing overall territory growth plan for the assigned territory
  • Conducting regular reviews and strategy meetings with target customers
  • Achieving assigned budget and growth targets for customers
  • Prospecting and developing new customers and programs
  • Coordinating cross functional support required from Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service and Operations

Requirements

  • Technical degree preferred
  • Strong interconnect technical acumen
  • Electronic components manufacturer or distribution experience
  • Previous supervisory or management experience required
  • Ability to lead and problem solve in unstructured environments
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs or projects
  • Ability to travel as required, 50% estimated
  • Must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR.
