About the role
- Managing the development and implementation of growth strategy for the North Central United States
- Building and maintaining influential relationships with senior-level decision makers at customers and distributors
- Implementing overall territory growth plan for the assigned territory
- Conducting regular reviews and strategy meetings with target customers
- Achieving assigned budget and growth targets for customers
- Prospecting and developing new customers and programs
- Coordinating cross functional support required from Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service and Operations
Requirements
- Technical degree preferred
- Strong interconnect technical acumen
- Electronic components manufacturer or distribution experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience required
- Ability to lead and problem solve in unstructured environments
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs or projects
- Ability to travel as required, 50% estimated
- Must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR.
