Associate Product Manager

• Own and manage a portfolio of top brands in the Restaurant Industry worldwide.
• Work with the top brands to understand their needs and help them with the rollout schedule of our solution across their hundreds of locations.
• Coordinate with partners such as POS companies and third-party platforms such as Uber Eats and DoorDash.
• Set and track account delivery volume and performance.
• Engage with your portfolio to understand opportunities for operational improvement. Relay those opportunities to your leads to help build better features and products.
• Act as the customer’s point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving high-level escalations, and providing solutions promptly.
• Someone who can take full, end-to-end ownership and responsibility of the accounts they are working on and ensure their requirements are met.

• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks
• Develop KPI definitions, metric layers, and standardized reporting logic across teams
• Partner with Product and Growth teams to define success metrics and measurement strategies
• Deliver deep-dive analyses on ordering behavior, churn risk, marketplace performance, and operational efficiency
• Present insights and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders and leadership
• Own and scale A/B testing infrastructure, including experiment tracking and evaluation pipelines

Senior Analytics Engineer

• Translate product vision into clear, actionable roadmaps and delivery plans for Voice AI solutions in the restaurant industry.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, internal stakeholders, and market research.
• Use data insights, user feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities and define impactful product features.
• Define, scope, and launch features that improve AI accuracy, expand coverage, and enhance operational performance.
• Set KPIs and success metrics, monitor performance, and adjust priorities based on data insights.
• Rapidly prototype and build proof-of-concepts to validate ideas before full-scale development.
• Work with engineering and data science to test and iterate on conversational AI capabilities.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay ahead of trends in LLMs, speech recognition, and conversational AI.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and trade-offs to ensure successful product launches.
