About the role
- Provide both onsite and remote IT support to clients.
- Resolve workstation operating system, printer, server, networking, and business application issues.
- Serve as escalation point for technicians.
- Maintain system updates, troubleshooting, and ensure high standards of IT service.
- Complete pre-employment assessment and pre-recorded video interview as part of application process.
Requirements
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup—remotely or on-site at client locations, as required.
- Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
- Experience with Server 2016 through 2025.
- Experience with VMWare and Hyper V Virtualization.
- Experience supporting M365 and Azure.
- Minimum of three years experience in IT Support or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Network architecture, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in supporting MS Office, Adobe, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications.
- Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable.
- Active Server Certifications are preferred.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a vehicle for client visits.
