About the role

  • Performs all tasks safely and complies with all internal and external safety requirements
  • Supports the Company and Communication and Customer Experience Manager in all communication and customer facing efforts
  • Creates media content and manages social media
  • Assists in stakeholder outreach and engagement
  • Updates/manages content on the public website
  • Writes copy for internal and external communications
  • Reviews other departments communications as requested
  • Responsible for change management of website compliance
  • Drafts reports and executive-level requests

Requirements

  • Public and media relation
  • Writing copies for press releases and other media related content (video, communications strategy development)
  • Social media management
  • Background in journalism, project management, graphic design, photography, videography and video editing
  • Level 1: 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Level 2: 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Level 3: 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong writing skills
  • Comfortable with media relations, general communication, interpersonal skills and multimedia
  • Strong time management skills
