Regional Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in the foodservice sector.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the foodservice industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability by achieving sales targets and managing expenses.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in foodservice sales within the CPG industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required.
