About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You acquire new customers in the B2B sector, manage the entire sales process independently — from lead generation to closing — and build sustainable customer relationships.
- You process and prioritize sales projects based on strategic potential and likelihood of closing.
- You conduct initial meetings, presentations and proposal sessions, develop tailored solutions for prospective clients, and bring negotiations to a successful close.
- You analyze market and competitor developments, identify new business opportunities, and derive concrete measures for business development.
- You work closely with the specialist teams and marketing to develop tailored customer solutions and position them effectively.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have experience in B2B sales and demonstrate a pronounced "hunter mentality".

- You know how to actively manage the entire sales process.
- You are proactive and persistent.
- You present yourself confidently and persuade through strong communication skills — in both German and English.
- You conduct negotiations with confidence and present tailored solutions.
- You manage your projects and leads independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain oversight even in dynamic environments.
- You adapt your strategy flexibly.
- You have good commercial/business acumen and experience selling complex services.
- You can clearly communicate the value of solutions and convincingly highlight the benefit for the customer.
- You are able to build trust with decision-makers through strong communication and networking skills and win them as long-term customers.
