About the role
- Tech-driven Compliance: You develop creative IT solutions, such as database or automation approaches, that efficiently manage and analyze compliance information.
- Shape, not manage: You drive the further development of our compliance and IT security processes, shaping them to be modern, efficient, and future-proof.
- Strategic Interface: As the primary contact for compliance, IT security, and data protection topics, you work closely with our clients, our software engineers, and other departments — acting as the competent interface and contributing to successful client projects.
- Audit Insight & Knowledge Impact: You support certification processes, analyze audit results, and derive targeted improvement measures — through updated training and clear guidelines you are responsible for sustainably strengthening security knowledge across the company.
- Contracts & Security: You steer and influence contract management in the areas of data protection and information security, ensuring that security and compliance are an integral part of every client relationship.
Requirements
- You hold a completed degree with knowledge in computer science as well as business or law and want to create real impact with your expertise.
- You are passionate about IT security, regulatory requirements, and digital risks — not because you want to administer rules, but because you understand how they make organizations safer and more resilient.
- Terms like GDPR, DORA, ISO 27001 & Co. do not deter you — on the contrary: you see them as valuable input to build reliability, security, and trust.
- You think creatively, analytically, and solution-oriented: instead of making processes more complex, you design smart, efficient approaches to implement security and compliance requirements both technically and organizationally.
- You can communicate complex topics clearly and persuasively — whether to clients, business units, or management.
- You work independently, responsibly, and with a hands-on mentality — you don’t wait for tasks; you recognize the need for action and tackle it proactively.
- You have very good German skills as well as fluent English, spoken and written, and feel confident using both languages in a professional environment.
