About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop new services and APIs in Python with a focus on quality, performance, and scalability.
Design and implement solutions following software architecture and engineering best practices.
Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows using tools such as Prefect or similar.
Work on applied AI initiatives, including agents, Document AI, RAG, and process automation.
Participate in architecture decisions and the technical evolution of products.
Write automated tests and contribute to code quality through code reviews.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with Python for backend development.
Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
Experience with relational databases and SQL.
Experience with data pipelines and/or workflow orchestration tools such as Prefect, Airflow, or similar.
Knowledge of automated testing and software quality best practices.
Experience with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development.
Knowledge of software architecture and development patterns.
Minimum of 5 years of Python development experience.
Advanced English.
Nice to have: experience with FastAPI; experience with LLMs, agents, RAG or other applied AI solutions; experience with Document AI or structured document extraction; knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); experience with observability and application monitoring.
