About the role

  • Prioritize the backlog strategically, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the organization’s vision.
  • Build and maintain the product roadmap, connecting tactical deliveries with long-term strategic goals.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, fostering continuous alignment, negotiating expectations, and defining realistic timelines.
  • Conduct continuous discovery, performing user research, usability testing, and hypothesis validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create user-centered and technically feasible solutions.
  • Define and track success metrics such as OKRs and KPIs to guide decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Ensure product scalability and sustainability by promoting a culture of data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily, planning, review, retro).
  • Write and refine user stories with clarity and a focus on value.
  • Lead discovery sessions with the team to explore problems and opportunities.
  • Organize brainstorming sessions with design and engineering.
  • Oversee usability tests and user feedback sessions.
  • Validate deliveries with the technical team before production release.
  • Update and maintain the prioritized backlog based on learnings and changes in context.
  • Share business context and product vision with the team.
  • Monitor operational and product metrics with the data team.
  • Document product decisions and learnings to maintain a historical record.
  • Promote integration across areas such as business, customer service, and marketing.

Requirements

  • Experience managing digital products with a focus on retention, engagement, and delivering customer value.
  • Deep knowledge of product culture and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret metrics.
  • Knowledge of fraud prevention.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Systems Engineering.
  • English proficiency is considered a plus.
