About the role

  • New client acquisition: You identify potential opportunities, build long-term relationships, and win over decision-makers for our consulting and implementation services.
  • Lead generation & pipeline development: Together with our team, you develop strategies for campaigns and outbound activities to generate high-quality leads.
  • Consultative engagement with C-level executives: You hold conversations with C-level decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and position tailored solutions from our portfolio.
  • Proposal and pitch creation: You work closely with our consultants to develop compelling proposals and present them professionally to clients.
  • Partnerships & network development: You build relationships with technology partners, industry influencers, and professional networks to strategically drive our growth.
  • Market & competitive analysis: You monitor trends, identify opportunities early, and contribute ideas to further develop our go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management — ideally within IT or consulting.
  • Proven success in sourcing and closing new client projects.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to explain complex IT and consulting topics clearly.
  • Structured working style, high self-motivation, and a readiness to take ownership.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus but not required.
