Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
ServiceNow Administrator Certification (CSA) required
A 2nd ServiceNow certification (CIS, CAD, etc.) preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
