Marketing Communications Intern

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in creating engaging content, including writing persuasive copy and developing graphics for social media posts, blog articles, and website deliverables.
- Help manage social media accounts, including creating a calendar, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.
- Create corporate communications for internal messages, including employee newsletters, surveys, and company-wide announcements.
- Support the marketing team with event coordination, planning, and execution of company events.
- Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Sales, and Delivery to gather necessary information and insights for content creation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to create high-quality content.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree (completion of freshman year is required)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as a team player
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Positive attitude and the capacity to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate innovative thinking and new ideas
- Previous internship or work experience related to marketing, communications, advertising, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
