About the role
- Provide ServiceNow architecture and technical expertise for a federal client
- Provide strategic recommendations around technical best practices and industry trends
- Analyze and estimate the time required to design, develop, and implement the technical solutions
- Analyze and evaluate business needs and translate those needs to the ServiceNow technology architecture
- Align organization goals to appropriate ServiceNow solutions to achieve business objectives
- Provide top-level business and technology architecture consultancy services to clients
- Support client technical deliverables including architecture and design documents
- Collaborate with a larger group of Business SMEs, solution, and technical architects to elevate technical direction
Requirements
- Proven experience in ServiceNow implementations, acting as a Solution Architect
- 6+ years’ experience in the IT industry
- 2+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Architect; 5+ years’ experience with the ServiceNow platform
- 2+ years of experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong communication and customer relationships skills at the executive level
- Experience with continuous integration in and between ServiceNow modules and integrated applications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management, Information Systems, or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
