About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement corporate sales objectives and convert market potential into tangible sales results
- Support Sales Operations across the entire sales process — from acquiring new customers (B2B & B2C)
- Handle leads and opportunities, from preparing and following up on proposals to maintaining CRM and sales data
- Support pricing and proposal processes and develop and implement new sales strategies
- Assist Account Management and support existing customers with contract and service adjustments
- Identify sales opportunities to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Act as the point of contact for operational customer inquiries
- Coordinate with internal specialist departments to find solutions and support escalation management
- Support reporting and CRM management by creating reports and forecasts and analyzing customer and sales metrics to ensure a transparent sales pipeline
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of sales experience in IT solutions sales (system integrator or comparable)
- Initial experience in Account Management is an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar)
- Customer-oriented with strong service and communication skills
- Analytical skills, structured working style, and understanding of sales metrics
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent, reliability, and team spirit
- Understanding of standardized sales and account processes
- Very good German and at least good English skills
