About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement the company’s sales objectives and convert market potential into actual sales successes
  • Support Sales Operations across the entire sales process — from acquiring new customers (B2B & B2C), processing leads and opportunities, preparing and following up on quotations, to maintaining CRM and sales data, supporting pricing and quotation processes, and developing and implementing new sales strategies
  • Support Account Management in servicing existing customers, handling contract and service adjustments, and identifying sales opportunities to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Act as the point of contact for operational customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal departments to find solutions and assist with escalation management
  • Support reporting and CRM management by preparing reports and forecasts and analyzing customer and sales metrics to ensure a transparent sales pipeline

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of sales experience in IT solutions sales (system integrator / VAR or similar)
  • Initial experience in account management is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Customer-oriented with strong service and communication skills
  • Analytical skills, structured working methods, and an understanding of sales KPIs
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, reliability, and team spirit
  • Understanding of standardized sales and account processes
  • Very good German and at least good English language skills
