About the role
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries, building trust and rapport from the very first conversation
- Consult clients on our educational programs and help them choose the solutions that best fit their needs
- Meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth
- Process client orders accurately and document all interactions in our CRM system
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in international sales; experience in EdTech is a strong advantage
- C1–C2 level proficiency in both German and English; Russian language is a plus
- Strong communication skills, empathy, a client-oriented mindset, and the ability to listen carefully and understand customer needs
