About the role

  • Analyze internal business processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders (HR, Finance, Operations, IT)
  • Formulate technical tasks and manage implementation within Agile frameworks
  • Lead a small cross-functional team (developers and no-code specialists)
  • Define project priorities, timelines, and KPIs
  • Oversee IT system deployment and maintenance
  • Report results to the CIO and shareholders

Requirements

  • Experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Team Lead in IT or Process Automation
  • Strong understanding of business logic (HR, Finance, Sales, Document Management)
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
  • Experience delegating tasks to development teams (including no-code / low-code)
  • Systemic thinking and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Languages: Russian (native), English (fluent), German (intermediate – B1)
