About the role
- Further develop the sales area for an exciting B2B SaaS product (inbound and outbound) with plenty of room for your own ideas and strategic decisions to significantly drive the company’s success.
- Expand long-term customer relationships through professional consulting and product presentations.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams as well as consultants to ensure a comprehensive growth strategy.
Requirements
- You enjoy customer contact, both inbound and outbound.
- You have initial experience in sales, ideally in the SaaS sector and/or HR.
- You are interested in digital products and modern software systems.
- You find HR topics, especially recruiting, engaging.
- You are familiar with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
- Ideally, you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience using LinkedIn as a sales tool is desirable.
- You would describe yourself as reliable, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- You have very good German and English language skills.
