About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide pro-active support to the Executive Committee, Board and Managing Partner to support the delivery of the strategy
Diary management, organisation of Board and ExCo meetings
Coordination and preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and agendas
Coordination of Partner SDR reviews and check-ins
Acting as liaison between internal and external stakeholders in relation to the Board and its committees
Management and development of Fire evacuation, First Aid & DSE procedures
Day to day office management
Co-ordinating and maintaining a compliant policy library

Requirements

What you’ll need

Providing vital support to our Executive Committee (ExCo) and Board
Managing and developing health and safety functions
Coordinating policy management
Management and development of Fire evacuation, First Aid & DSE procedures and processes to monitor and prevent accidents and incidents in the workplace.
Developing and maintaining office standard operating procedures
Managing facilities supplier contracts
Coordination of company communication and events
Ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislations
