About the role

  • Strategic introduction and integration of Microsoft 365 Collaboration services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Viva), as well as Copilot and the Power Platform, into existing IT landscapes.
  • Analysis of business processes and development of tailored solutions for the workplace of the future.
  • Identification of opportunities within the M365 environment and implementation of scalable cloud solutions.
  • Point of contact for technical and business-related questions around Microsoft 365.
  • Supporting our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Close collaboration with our interdisciplinary teams and building sustainable client relationships based on partnership.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in technology consulting with a focus on Microsoft 365 Collaboration (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Viva), Copilot, and the Power Platform.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud and Modern Workplace concepts.
  • Experience in analyzing business processes and aligning them with the Microsoft portfolio.
  • Strong communication skills, client orientation, and a confident presence up to executive level.
  • Initiative, team spirit, and enthusiasm for knowledge sharing.
  • Fluent German and good English.
