About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the delivery of workforce intelligence, reporting accuracy, and operational data integrity
  • Maintain dashboards, ensure data quality, and support anomaly detection
  • Prepare structured reporting outputs
  • Conduct routine data validation checks
  • Monitor data consistency, identify discrepancies, and collaborate to resolve data integrity issues
  • Assist in data gathering and comparative analysis during LMI vendor evaluation
  • Support staff with report interpretation and dashboard navigation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Post-secondary education and/or certifications in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or alike
  • 3+ years of experience working in similar role
  • Microsoft Power BI and Excel
  • Strong knowledge of ‘future of work’ concepts and LMI
  • Creativity and ‘outside of the box’ thinking
  • Organization and time management skills; ability to perform independently in a remote work environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
