About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the delivery of workforce intelligence, reporting accuracy, and operational data integrity
- Maintain dashboards, ensure data quality, and support anomaly detection
- Prepare structured reporting outputs
- Conduct routine data validation checks
- Monitor data consistency, identify discrepancies, and collaborate to resolve data integrity issues
- Assist in data gathering and comparative analysis during LMI vendor evaluation
- Support staff with report interpretation and dashboard navigation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Post-secondary education and/or certifications in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or alike
- 3+ years of experience working in similar role
- Microsoft Power BI and Excel
- Strong knowledge of ‘future of work’ concepts and LMI
- Creativity and ‘outside of the box’ thinking
- Organization and time management skills; ability to perform independently in a remote work environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
