About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and lead the Security Architecture specialty within the ITM program
Define strategy and knowledge curation
Direct the production of standards and reference architectures
Liaise with bank leadership and architects
Promote the evolution of the Cyber Security discipline
Disseminate knowledge across the organization
Assess feasibility and need for adoption of new technologies
Propose improvements to adjacent systems
Be responsible for solution design and propose enhancements
Work on security architecture in complex corporate environments
Influence multiple areas without direct hierarchical authority
Participate in communities of practice, chapters, or centers of excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, API Security, Cloud Security, Data Security, and Network Security
Knowledge of Security by Design and Threat Modeling
Threat modeling using STRIDE and/or ATASM
Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK attack techniques
Knowledge of virtualization models and technologies, including VMware and OpenStack
Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols: OAuth, OpenID, and SAML
Knowledge of Architecture Governance, Reference Architectures, Technology Standards, and Design Patterns
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture
Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud implementations
Knowledge of security frameworks, policies, and baselines
Knowledge of technology risk management and security compliance
Experience in complex corporate environments
Experience defining standards, frameworks, and reference architectures
Close collaboration with corporate or enterprise architecture teams
Experience influencing multiple areas without direct hierarchical authority
Experience with communities of practice, chapters, or centers of excellence
Plus: participation in technology transformation programs
Plus: development of corporate security standards
Plus: experience in Enablement or Knowledge Management programs
Plus: ability to drive change and adapt it to the present context
