About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will be part of the Agro Retail team, responsible for building and evolving an increasingly personalized experience for individual rural producers across Brazil.
Our challenge is to transform commercial journeys—from onboarding to portfolio management—creating solutions that support customers, commercial managers, and partners throughout their entire experience with Itaú.
We are looking for someone passionate about technology, user experience, and front-end development, who wants to work in a collaborative environment with autonomy and direct impact on the evolution of strategic digital products for the business.
Develop and enhance front-end solutions for Agro Retail journeys.
Contribute to the creation of digital experiences for customers and commercial teams.
Work from solution conception, contributing to discovery, inception, and journey definition.
Develop applications using Angular and a Micro Frontends architecture.
Define and implement components and interfaces using the Design System (IDS).
Ensure quality, performance, usability, and accessibility of solutions.
Participate in code review sessions, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams across Business, Product, Design, and Engineering.
Use AWS resources to support scalable and resilient solutions.
Support the team in the maintenance and continuous evolution of digital products.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in front-end development with Angular.
Experience with Micro Frontends (MFE) architecture.
Knowledge of Design Systems and development of reusable components.
Experience with cloud computing and AWS services.
Knowledge of application observability and monitoring:
Metrics
Logs
Traces
Alerts
Experience with code versioning and collaborative development workflows.
Familiarity with modern software engineering practices.
Experience in agile environments using Scrum and/or Kanban.
Nice to have / Differentials:
Experience with IDS/IDL.
Experience with commercial management platforms or CRM.
Experience building digital journeys focused on customer experience.
Knowledge of front-end performance and optimization.
Experience in the financial sector, agribusiness, or large digital ecosystems.
