About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide tactical governance for initiatives using an agile PMO model, tracking delivery progress, risks, dependencies and action plans.
  • Lead and/or support operational ceremonies, ensuring alignment between teams, execution cadence and clarity on next steps.
  • Map and evolve end-to-end processes with a focus on the customer journey, operational efficiency and continuous improvement across workstreams.
  • Support the definition and monitoring of strategy, connecting business objectives, customer experience and execution feasibility.
  • Work on productization, supporting initiative prioritization, backlog organization and monitoring the development of deliveries.
  • Create presentations, materials and executive reports, consolidating information, KPIs, results and learnings to support decision-making.
