About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

We are building an innovative Artificial Intelligence platform focused on creating intelligent agents specialized in products and business journeys.
We are looking for someone passionate about technology, Generative AI and innovation, who wants to help build solutions capable of transforming how customers and teams interact with products, services and information.
You will be part of a highly collaborative environment, participating from the design phase through the continuous evolution of intelligent agents used in real business scenarios.
You will work on building and evolving solutions based on Generative Artificial Intelligence, contributing to:
Development of intelligent agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel and AsyncIO;
Building proofs of concept (PoCs), MVPs and scalable production solutions.
Development of applications in Python using frameworks such as:
FastAPI;
Flask;
Django;
Pytest;
Construction of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions;
Integration with Vector Databases and semantic search platforms;
Implementation of integrations with APIs, SDKs, knowledge bases and enterprise systems.
Use of language models on platforms such as:
OpenAI;
Azure OpenAI;
AWS Bedrock;
Monitoring, log analysis and continuous improvement of solutions in production;
Translating business challenges into feasible technical solutions;
Analysis of papers, benchmarks and open-source projects to evaluate new technologies;
Participation in agile ceremonies and multidisciplinary collaboration with product, engineering and business teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in Python development;
Practical experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs);
Experience with agent-building frameworks:
LangChain;
LangGraph;
Semantic Kernel;
Knowledge of RAG architectures and information retrieval;
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases;
Experience with cloud computing (AWS and/or Azure);
Experience with containers and orchestration:
Docker;
EKS;
ECS;
AKS;
Knowledge of Design Patterns;
Advanced English for reading and interpreting documentation, articles and technical content.
