About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain backend applications using .NET (C#), ensuring high performance, scalability, and resilience;
Design and evolve architectures based on microservices and REST APIs;
Participate in the full software development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment);
Implement software engineering best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, Design Patterns);
Contribute to the design and refinement of solutions, aiming to improve the advisor’s user journey experience;
Support the team by sharing knowledge, hands-on experience, and organizational learnings;
Ensure code quality through code reviews, promoting the team’s continuous technical growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in development with .NET (C#), preferably in AWS environments;
Comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle and engineering best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, etc.);
Experience with event-driven architecture;
Experience with messaging tools such as Kafka, SQS, and SNS;
Experience with system integrations in corporate environments (preferably within the Itaú ecosystem);
Ability to design and define solution architectures, supporting the team’s technical direction.
