About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Marketing & Brand: lead Cubo Itaú’s brand strategy and positioning, overseeing content, social media, PR and end-to-end governance of the editorial and institutional calendar, while building narratives and campaigns aligned with business and community strategy.
  • Events & Experience: lead the strategy for owned events and institutional partnerships, ensuring excellence across the Cubo event journey and developing innovative formats for relationship building, connection and engagement with startups, corporations, investors and the community.
  • Partnerships & Business Development: structure strategic partnerships for the ecosystem, support pipeline generation and commercial opportunities, and develop co-branding and revenue initiatives, working integratively with commercial teams, community and executive leadership.
  • Leadership & Management: lead multidisciplinary teams with diverse profiles, manage cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders, establish processes, governance and prioritization, influence decisions and motivate people by example.
  • Strategic Stakeholders: work closely with Itaú Unibanco, executive leadership and boards, Community/Customer Success teams, Product & Platform, Content & PR, Commercial, Operations, strategic partners, startups, investors and corporates within the ecosystem.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and cross-functional projects, with experience managing areas with varied dynamics and profiles.
  • Consistent track record in building strategic partnerships and generating B2B pipeline.
  • Experience in marketing, branding, events, community, relationship management or business development.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency with metrics, CRM, funnel management and performance measurement.
  • Executive-level communication and data-driven storytelling, with the ability to navigate dynamic, ambiguous and highly collaborative environments.
  • Preferred/Additional Qualifications: experience in innovation ecosystems, startups or corporate innovation; experience building communities and relationship platforms; familiarity with AI applied to marketing, content, community or business; experience in high-growth companies, digital transformation and data- and impact-driven environments.
