About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and monitor strategic KPIs (activation, recurring usage, margin, delinquency/default rates, etc.)
- Analyze portfolio performance and propose growth levers.
- Conduct market and customer behavior studies to identify opportunities and risks.
- Orchestrate initiatives with partner areas (Product, Credit, Channels, Operations).
- Prepare executive materials for decision forums and committees.
- Develop and implement communication strategies for benefits and products in the Uniclass segment.
- Define audience criteria and segmentation according to Minhas Vantagens tiers.
- Ensure standardization and variability of communications, promoting consistent experiences.
Requirements

- Teamwork: Raises the team’s standards, shares knowledge, provides feedback, and serves as a technical and behavioral role model in day-to-day work.
- Preparation of presentations and executive materials.
- Experience in contextualized communication for digital journeys.
- Experience in campaign management, strategic communication, and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, data analysis, and engagement metrics.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary squads and lead approval/governance processes.
- Ability to plan and execute projects under challenging deadlines.
- Familiarity with credit and benefits products (e.g., cards, points programs).
- Analytical mindset and data-driven orientation, with the ability to turn insights into actions.
- Proficiency in complex studies and analyses (market, customer behavior, and pricing).
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and visualization tools (e.g., QuickSight).
- Bachelor's degree.
