Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and enable initiatives that contribute to the digitalization growth plan
Identify opportunities to optimize operational leverage across various Cost to Serve areas
Monitor the evolution of CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), interacting with marketing and digital sales teams
Prepare forward-looking cost behavior projections with robust assumptions based on the pipeline
Co-develop efficiency projects with partner areas and cost owners
Track the capture of designed efficiencies together with Finance
Manage Cost to Serve (CTS)

Apply accounting knowledge for analysis and decision support
Work with banking products, connecting business needs to viable solutions
Lead project management with disciplined execution, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
Manage results with a performance mindset, monitoring KPIs and directing actions
Prepare presentations with a clear narrative, executive structure, and focus on impact
Develop financial modeling (business plans) for projections, scenarios, and decision support
Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting
Language: English - Advanced
Technology: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SQL, Python
