Key responsibilities & impact

Define architecture and development standards for solutions involving backend, frontend and data.
Guide strategic technical decisions and trade-offs.
Technically lead the squad, influencing the evolution of engineering and data disciplines.
Ensure quality, security, observability and scalability in deliveries.
Support the breakdown of strategic initiatives into incremental value deliveries.
Continuously evolve data flows and product architecture.
Work closely with stakeholders (product, business and analytics), connecting strategy and execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in software engineering (APIs, microservices, distributed architecture).
Experience acting as a Tech Lead or technical reference in agile squads.
Technical leadership skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
Experience developing systems that involve data and analytics.
Experience with data processing/transformation in AWS environments.
Hands-on experience with the AWS ecosystem.
AWS Practitioner certification (minimum required).
Differentials:
AWS Associate-level certification or higher.
Experience with data visualization tools (QuickSight or similar).
Experience with frontend (Angular or similar frameworks).
Experience with DataOps / MLOps.
Previous experience in multidisciplinary squads (backend, frontend and data).
