About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • We are seeking a candidate for the position of Junior Institutional Relations Analyst — Exclusive to Candidates with Disabilities, who wants to grow and learn, share, collaborate and innovate, delivering value to all our clients.
  • Our objective is to ensure governance of Itaú Bank’s sponsorships, donations and associative contributions, guaranteeing that financial and material resources allocated to these actions are used ethically, transparently, efficiently and aligned with the bank’s strategic values.
  • Promote transparency and democratized access to data, making information available to all areas and contributing effectively to decision-making.
  • Respect ethical guidelines and codes of conduct, and promote private social investment, ensuring that social or institutional impact is positive and measurable.
  • In this role you will:
  • Support the maintenance and updating of the Sponsorships and Donations system;
  • Manage dossiers for sponsorship, donation and associative contribution projects;
  • Provide support for the Institutional Relations area’s budget updates;
  • Register payments via IU Conecta and foreign currency payments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, International Relations, Public Relations, Economics or related fields;
  • Language: English — basic to intermediate level (greater emphasis on reading);
  • Technology: Microsoft Office (especially Excel) — intermediate level;
  • Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (desirable);
  • Organizational skills;
  • Commitment and sense of ownership;
  • Resilience and agility;
  • Analytical profile;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Proactivity and curiosity;
  • Ability to handle high volume of work and work under pressure.
