About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for ensuring the stability, availability and monitoring of transactional product platforms for corporate customers (PJ).
Will work on clients' payment journeys, including boleto, Pix, direct debit, DDA and taxes.
Will understand end-to-end product flows.
Responsible for analyzing platform performance, identifying risks, failure points and opportunities for improvement.
Will support the continuous evolution of products.
Will perform analysis, manipulation and cross-referencing of databases to support operations, incident diagnosis and decision-making.
Will work closely with squads, participating in agile ceremonies, and collaborate with areas such as operations and the customer service center, especially during periods of instability.
Will contribute to the area’s transformation agenda by bringing an evolutionary perspective, best-practice knowledge and experience in change contexts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in transactional, high-criticality environments.
Experience in the financial/banking sector.
Experience with digital products and a digital mindset.
Advanced Excel (required).
Experience analyzing, manipulating and cross-referencing databases.
Experience in agile teams and participation in agile ceremonies.
Ability to perform under pressure with maturity, responsibility and resilience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Access.
Knowledge of SQL and/or SAS.
Previous experience in transformation projects, direct or indirect.
Experience in contexts of product, platform or journey evolution.
Experience in environments highly integrated with areas such as operations and customer service.
