About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the onboarding of new partners, including analysis, approval and go‑live operations
Serve as the focal point for client management, tracking their progress, scope expansion and requests throughout the customer journey
Analyze business models, operational structures and transactional flows of payment facilitators
Ensure regulatory compliance with Central Bank rules, card schemes and internal policies
Conduct due diligence processes and coordinate with internal areas to support decision-making
Monitor recurring issues and operational/regulatory topics, proposing corrective actions when necessary
Support client growth by identifying opportunities and assisting the commercial/sales team
Work cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product and Commercial teams
Contribute to process evolution, continuous improvement and efficiency gains in the area
Support the preparation of analyses, reports and executive presentations
Act as a technical reference for the team, supporting the development of analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, IT or related fields)
Fluent English
Experience in payments, with a focus on acquiring (merchant acquiring)
Experience analyzing business models, transactional flows and operations
Strong analytical skills and experience building reports/presentations
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with payment facilitators, sub-acquirers or marketplaces (preferred)
Regulatory knowledge (Central Bank, card schemes, compliance) (preferred)
SQL (preferred)
Familiarity with AI tools (preferred)
Knowledge of Mandarin (preferred)
