  • Govern operational content, ensuring information is kept up to date
  • Connect different areas to ensure alignment, consistency and effectiveness of deliverables

Requirements

  • Experience in strategic roles involving communications, training and crisis management, ensuring clarity, consistency and agility of information
  • Strong results orientation, with data-driven decision making, tracking of performance indicators and metrics analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences and channels
  • Experience in crisis management, acting quickly, in a structured and collaborative way with relevant areas
  • Continuous focus on innovation, seeking process improvements, new communication approaches and technology adoption
  • Customer-journey oriented mindset, considering experience, efficiency and service quality
  • Familiarity with productivity and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, AWS and data tools)
  • Experience with agile project methodologies, banking products, performance management, planning, preparing presentations and conducting studies using AI
