About the role
- We are seeking a Senior Learning and Development Analyst to serve as a key member of the Retail vertical within the People area. This position will be responsible for continuing existing initiatives (rollouts) while leading the design of development strategies focused on upskilling and reskilling. Our work will be connected to behavioral skills and leadership, but business acumen and customer-centricity are essential to successfully implement the changes planned for Itaú's Retail operations.
- Strategic management of Talent Program development.
- Monitor KPIs and development indicators, translating data into strategic actions.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions focused on upskilling and reskilling.
- Propose and implement innovative learning technology solutions.
