Requirements

  • Lead teams focused on Application Performance and Performance Testing
  • Develop mechanisms to improve the developer experience during test adoption
  • Drive initiatives in application performance, capacity planning, and performance testing
  • Lead strategic agendas with executive directorates (Engineering)
  • Build, engage, report, monitor, and execute actions that strengthen the area’s objectives
  • Create and maintain an up-to-date strategy aligned with strategic objectives and OKRs
  • Promote an innovation-driven, results-oriented environment
  • Act as an intrapreneur, challenging the status quo
