About the role
- Support engineering teams in adopting the technical community's tools, practices, and standards.
- Manage performance and capacity of digital journeys, ensuring system stability.
- Design and evolve performance tests (load, stress, spike/peak, and endurance) and ensure continuous improvement.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities based on metrics and evidence.
- Use artificial intelligence to support diagnostics, automations, and technical recommendations.
Requirements
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud
- Knowledge of observability
- Experience with performance/load testing
- Ability to read code in Python or Java
- Understanding of solution architecture
- Familiarity with applied AI, including tools, prompt engineering, and automation of analyses
