About the role
- Develop, train, fine-tune and evaluate generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, etc.) for tasks such as text and image generation, predictive analytics and automation.
- Lead at least three squads: Artificial Intelligence, Customer Service, and the future integration between them.
- Apply artificial intelligence to improve digital customer service and reduce operational costs.
- Lead and mentor the coordination team, promoting an experimental, data-driven approach to technological growth.
Requirements
- Strong experience in AI, including the development of robust and scalable applications.
- Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Familiarity with core AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS and Lambda, and the ability to implement cloud-based solutions.
- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or multimodal applications.
- Experience and best practices in people management, overseeing multidisciplinary teams.
