About the role

  • Develop, train, fine-tune and evaluate generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, etc.) for tasks such as text and image generation, predictive analytics and automation.
  • Lead at least three squads: Artificial Intelligence, Customer Service, and the future integration between them.
  • Apply artificial intelligence to improve digital customer service and reduce operational costs.
  • Lead and mentor the coordination team, promoting an experimental, data-driven approach to technological growth.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in AI, including the development of robust and scalable applications.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Familiarity with core AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS and Lambda, and the ability to implement cloud-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or multimodal applications.
  • Experience and best practices in people management, overseeing multidisciplinary teams.
