About the role
- Develop and implement change management strategies for large-scale projects within the operational and cultural transformation program.
- Conduct organizational impact analyses and mitigation plans.
- Create and execute communication, training, and engagement plans for diverse audiences.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting stakeholder management and promoting a culture of change.
- Monitor adoption and effectiveness metrics for initiatives, proposing adjustments as needed.
- Ensure alignment between business, technology, and people to secure delivery of expected results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Communication, or related fields.
- Proven experience in change management (Change Management) in organizational transformation projects.
- Knowledge of methodologies such as Prosci, HCMBOOK, or similar.
- Ability to operate in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
